Our Mission & Rental Process

The goal of Maze Group is to build and lease the most desirable houses in the community. Most of our rental properties are located within blocks of Temple University, making them ideal for Temple University students.

Maze Group is dedicated to customer service. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9-5 PM and we offer extended hours during heavy tenant move-in periods. During business hours we have staff prepared to show prospective tenants our available apartments as well as answer any leasing questions.

We believe in preserving our properties and the quality of living of our tenants. Repairs and maintenance are always a priority and are addressed in a timely manner. Repair requests can be submitted online or over the phone.

We have an efficient procedure to get you in the house you deserve so why not start now?

1. Inform us via phone or e-mail of your needs: lease start date and number of rooms.

2. We will contact you with the availability that best meets your criteria and we will set up a viewing of that property within 24 hours.

3. You love the property and submit the PDF application along with your non-refundable deposit. The application and deposit will reserve the unit for you.

4. We create a lease and send it to you via e-mail.

5. You return the lease within 30 days and you’ve got yourself an amazing rental!
